Here we are going to tell about EPF KYC Update Procedure. The EPFO Member can update his/her KYC on Portal For that member UAN should be activated. Only after that, the Member can log in to the Portal. In Order to update KYC, you need to follow the below-mentioned step as we have provided the complete procedure.
How to Update Your KYC on EPF Portal? | EPF KYC Update
Step:-1 Logged in on UAN Portal with your Username and Passwor. The Username will be you UAN Number and the Password. Which you did set up at the time of Activating the UAN Number.
(Note: are- Please use the Latest password to login into Portal. If you have changed it.)
Step:-2 After login into Portal, you need to Select an option of “Update KYC Information” from “Profile Manu” which you can see in the “Manu Bar” as below posted Screen.
Step:-3 There are 8 types of KYC Document given in the KYC Drop Down such as PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, Passport, Driving Liecese, Voter ID Card, Bank Account Number / IFSC Code and National Population Register. You have to choose the desire option from these 8 option.
Step:-4 After selecting the desire option of the document. You need to fill the details as provided in the Document. We have posted an Example just below and Select the Scanned copy of your Document by the help of the “Browse…” button option. After doing all this, you need to click on the “upload and Save” button. Here you have updated the KYC on Portal.
(Note: – The Scanned document copy should be in the format of .jpg/.gif/.png/.pdf and it not should be more than 300 KB in Size.)
(Note: – The uploaded KYC document by the member will be approved by Employer till then the status of KYC will be shown as “Pending”.)
